Land of Dreams sells access to curated digital collections of places to stay. A collection is a single, one-time purchase — there is no subscription and nothing renews.

After purchase you access your collection inside a private web app, where each stay shows photographs, location, useful details, and a link to the original listing.

The stays shown in the collections do not belong to us. We are not the owner, operator, manager, agent or representative of any accommodation, and we make no commitment about any specific stay.

Each stay links out to the original booking platform, where the reservation is made directly with the host or that platform. We receive no commission on those bookings.

Photographs, names and details of the stays come from those booking platforms and remain the property of their respective owners. They are shown for identification and illustration only. We do not guarantee their accuracy or how up to date they are.

An accommodation's presence in a collection is never a guarantee that it is available, bookable or still listed. Prices and availability are set by the host or platform and can change at any time. We add nothing to them.

If a listing is removed or a link stops working, that does not entitle the buyer to a refund or compensation, as long as the collection as a whole remains accessible.

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included where applicable. As a micro-entreprise under the franchise en base regime, VAT is not applicable (article 293 B CGI).

Payment is made by card through our payment provider. Card details are handled by that provider and never reach our servers.

The sale is concluded when the payment is confirmed. Access to the purchased collection is activated on the account immediately afterwards.

Access is personal and tied to your account. A collection you buy stays in your account; collections add up if you buy more than one.

Your collection is for personal use. Do not share your account credentials, or copy, resell or redistribute the contents of a collection.

We may add, update or remove individual stays as listings change online. The collection itself remains available to you.

In accordance with European consumer law, you have 14 days from your purchase to withdraw, without giving any reason. Simply write to sam.74richard@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account.

Because access to the collection is delivered immediately, where the content has been fully accessed, a proportional deduction may be applied. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.

Digital content benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code). If the collection is not as described or access fails, we will restore access or refund you.

For any complaint, write first to sam.74richard@gmail.com. We reply to the same address and aim to resolve issues directly.

If the dispute cannot be resolved, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to the mandatory protective rules of the consumer's country of residence.
