Account data: your email address and password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form by our authentication provider). Purpose: create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Purchase data: which collections your account has access to, and the date of purchase. Purpose: deliver what you paid for and keep accounting records. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligation (invoices are kept for 10 years under the French Commercial Code).

Usage data: the stays you save as favourites. Purpose: keep your saved stays between visits. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Your data is processed only by the service providers needed to run the site: our hosting and database provider (authentication and storage), our payment provider (card processing), and Meta (Facebook) when you accept audience-measurement and advertising cookies. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach our servers.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising beyond the Meta Pixel, which only loads after your consent.

Some providers may process data outside the European Union. Where they do, transfers are covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses). Meta may process data in the United States; this transfer is covered by Meta's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Account and usage data are kept while your account is active, and deleted when you ask us to close it. Purchase and invoice records are kept for the legal accounting period of 10 years.

Strictly necessary cookies: the authentication session cookie that keeps you signed in, and the cookies set by our payment provider during checkout for fraud prevention. These do not require consent.

Audience-measurement and advertising cookies: the Meta Pixel, which helps us understand how visitors arrive and how our ads perform. This cookie is loaded only if you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, the Meta Pixel never loads and no data is sent to Meta.

You can change your choice at any time by clicking the Cookies link in the footer.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability.
